We understand that products can lose their value when newer model/versions hit the market, that’s why we have a system in place:

• If a competition ends after 365 days from initial start date. Our winner/s can choose from one of the options below:

1. Receive the original prize.
2. Requesting an alternative prize with same specifications, cost no more than ORV.
3. Request ORV to be transferred into their bank account.

ORV: Original Retail Value is the price of the product (prize) at the time of competition initial start date. (every prize that we offer has an ORV labeled RETAIL, which can be found in the prize specification section of each competition.)
